Usually, it will range from one day to a maximum of 3 weeks. Please take note of our scheduled operating hours because we can only repair your device during that period.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I need to make an appointment to bring my device?” open=”true” el_id=”1489645020128-06a9ce0c-917a” el_class=”panel-heading1″]The answer is NO. Well, that does depend on the nature of the repair. If the customer can describe the issues or problems of his device, we can immediately identify if they will bring us the device or not. If it is a hardware problem, they must bring the device to our shop, but if it is a software issue, we can remotely fix it or instruct them to fix it by themselves.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can a technician visit my home or office?” open=”true” el_id=”1489645066786-fab7bac0-241a” el_class=”panel-heading1″]Yes, but it will depend on the availability of our technician. In most cases, we do not offer home/office visits due to some factors that need to consider by our technician. Some of them were as follows; Does the client has an internet connection? Does it have a repair area where the technician can freely move? Our technician must bring our tool box, which we think was too heavy and bulky to handle outside our shop.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I send my device even if not within your operating hours?” open=”true” el_id=”1489645125908-e67ed6a5-9c64″ el_class=”panel-heading1″]Yes. You can directly message us using our Contact menu. Usually, we can reply to you within a minute, depending on the availability of our technicians.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How much will I pay for the repair?” open=”true” el_id=”1489645160544-cfe45b5d-864e” el_class=”panel-heading1″ css=”.vc_custom_1656821805175{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Well, it depends on the service required of the device. Although we’re offering a No Fix No Pay Policy, it will only apply if our technicians do not use any resources from the shop like internet, electricity, time, etc. The customer can ask for a quote before we can repair his device. 

Note: Service fees will vary depending on the service done by our technician, if the device needs a part replacement, etc. You can always contact us for the pricing of your device.

We’re offering a one to three weeks to a lifetime warranty, depending on the type of repair done. For hardware repair and installation, a minimum of one week to a maximum of 3 months, but if software installation, we ensure that we install the best available in your device; thus, we’re offering a lifetime warranty. 

Note: Tampering our stickers, changing our configuration, fixing them yourself without our permission, or bringing them to another technician for repair will void your warranty. [/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row]
